Production Test & Sustainment

Avionics Production ATE

We build automated test equipment for cockpit displays, indicators, switches, and avionics LRUs. Our deliveries cover digital display functionality, ARINC 429 protocol communication, cockpit switch tactile force and environmental performance, solid-state relay switching and isolation, panel mount product electrical/optical/mechanical verification, and TestStand sequencing across multiple stations. The consolidated LRU test set we designed for a military rotorcraft prime uses ITAs and high-density Mac panel interconnects in place of five end-of-life test sets.

Onsite Sustainment Delivery

We deliver inside customer environments across multi-year sustainment engagements: ongoing torque motor test bench maintenance and feature development for a Boeing 737 avionics subsystem refurbisher, sustaining engineering on the consolidated avionics LRU test set for a military rotorcraft prime, and portfolio-wide engineering support across an avionics OEM’s test and production stations.

TestStand Standardization And ATP

We develop and deploy NI TestStand-based acceptance test procedures with standardized sequence architectures, operator interfaces, and reporting. Satellite Communications

We design and sustain monitoring and control systems for satellite communication and defense communication platforms. For a global aerospace and defense prime we developed a satcom monitoring and control system, medium TDC software for a satellite communication terminal, ongoing browser software updates for satcom systems, and a Windows 10 OS migration of the satellite communication system software.
