NDAs and confidentiality

We execute mutual NDAs as standard practice before any technical discussion. If your organization has a preferred NDA template, we are happy to review and sign it. NDAs should scope confidentiality obligations to relevant subsidiaries and affiliates where applicable. For governing law and venue, we can accept Texas, Delaware, or leave the agreement silent.
